Duran Bar

Opened in 2015 Duran Bar has become one of the hottest clubs on the Moscow nightlife scene. This place is pretty big and includes a restaurant area, large summer verandah and the main hall that has a long bar table. Duran is located at the reconstructed premises of an old textile factory in close proximity to the Russian White House. I like its stylish loft interior design that combines brick walls and tall windows.

During weekends the place gets packed with lots of beautiful women. The face control becomes tough and the parking lot gets filled with luxury limousines. Tables used to cost about 2000 Euros before the collapse of the Russian currency. Today it’s twice cheap.

Duran Bar is actually pulling the crowd from the upscale Siberia Club and mixes it with the early days Gipsy Club frequenters. During the day time it’s a restaurant that is the only place in the city where they have a “Zebu Hump” on the menu that comes with some baked avocados and tomatoes on the side.
