The building where Luch is located was constructed before revolution and during soviet times belonged to electro-lamp production plant. The renovated building has tall ceilings, one of the longest bar tables in town, restaurant and a beautiful summer veranda.

Inside Luch is decorated by modern art items that include sculptures, paintings and photos. Local bar menu includes about 70 kinds of whiskey, 10 kinds of tequila and more than 20 kinds of gin and rom. Luch offers a mixed cuisine that includes sushi along with various meat and fish dishes.

During weekend evenings music at Luch gets a little louder creating a pre party atmosphere. One of the good things about Luch is that it remains open till 6:00 in the morning which makes it a good option to relax after your night out.
