Probka in moscow

The flagship Probka on Tsvetnoy boulevard is the only restaurant opened by Aram Mnatsakanov in Moscow. In St. Petersburg which is his home town he owns 9 restaurants that specialize on Italian cuisine.

The Italian cuisine at Probka in Moscow is managed by the chef Valter Bizoffi who has been relocated here from one of Aram’s restaurants in Saint Petersburg like most of the local team.

All dishes are prepared in the open kitchen located in the center of the restaurant. The traditional Italian dishes that include pastas, carpaccios and risottos remain simple with the focus on quality products.

All waiters wear white shirts and white shoes that complements overall positive impression of this St. Petersburg management experience on the Moscow restaurants scene.
