Bistrot restaurant located in Moscow was created in close cooperation with Davido Vaiani who is the owner of original Bistrot located in Forte dei Marmi, Italy.

This venue is focused on Tuscan cuisine and managed by the master chief Massimo Ferrari. Massimo joined Bistrot in Moscow after working at the restaurant called Al Bersagliere in Italy. During late 2000s Al Bersagliere was awarded a Michelin star.

Bistrot’s interiors are designed in Tuscan style with a fireplace in the main hall and oak furniture. There is a large patio with a fountain that they open during summer months. During weekends a late dinner at Bistrot can easily evolve into a night at Soho Rooms located nearby.
